Many years pass...

Well, the steel guitar chord finders that used to be around a year or so back, like ~~mightyfinemusic~~ and ~~skobrien~~, seem to have vanished. The only ones seem to be tailored for standard guitars (e.g. studybass and looknohands). The best one for steel guitars seems to be neilsonguitars.

There are some downloadable chord finders like this windows based chord finder by Karlis Abolins which looks promising, but I do not use Windows so have not tried it out.

My one's getting a bit clunky now, as its nearing 6 years old and internet technology seems to shift so fast these days (you won't find any facebook or twitter buttons here!!). However, it still works, at least for me, so maybe others will find it helpful too.

You can now have more than one change for each knee lever direction. This should allow you to have two stop changes and/or more than one lever in any particular direction.
